Contacted Warfel’s MULTI-Flo a division of Read Septic Service INC., they were able to come out within 30 minutes of initial contact due to emergency back up. Chuck was very up front on cost over the phone. Due to the issue the cost ended up being $150 more based on the amount of liquid pumped (there is a bigger issue that needs to be addressed). They professionally located the septic tank, pumped it and were able to give feedback as to what the underlying issue may be. Chuck was honest and provided all the information needed for me to make an educated decision. I highly recommend Chuck and his team.

They replaced our system in the fall. I had questions today and Chuck was so amazing and efficient at explaining all of my questions, and I had a ton. I highly recommend Chuck and his crew at Read Septic. I am selling a home and the septic inspection failed. Normally the process of replacing a tank can take weeks, but Chuck helped us speed up things and we did it -- permits, etc. -- in about a week. What impressed me most was Chuck's prompt communication and timeliness. He called when he said he would and showed up on time. Chuck is very impressive and clearly knows the septic business.
